Starts at 5:00 PM PT on June 11, 2025 and ends at 4:20 PM PT on June 18, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). - Eligibility
Open to U.S. and California residents who are 21 years or older as of date of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible. - How to Enter
Limit one (1) Instagram entry and one (1) alternate entry per person (maximum two entries total), received during the Entry Period:
• Instagram Entry: Repost Sponsor’s giveaway post to your public Instagram feed, like Sponsor’s original post, and tag one (1) friend in the comments.
• Alternate Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Email Socials@shophighseas.com with subject line “Yoga Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, mailing address, phone number, age, and email address. - Winner Selection & Notification
On or about June 18, 2025, Sponsor will randomly draw one (1) winner from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by Instagram DM or email within 24 hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, Sponsor may select an alternate. - Prize
One (1) ticket to Anchor & Flow Yoga at High Seas on June 21, 2025 at 7:00 AM PT (retail value $30) plus one (1) premium High Seas yoga mat (retail value $75), total ARV $105. Non-transferable; no substitutions or cash equivalents. - Publicity & Data Use
By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, Instagram handle, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without further compensation. Data collected will be used solely to administer this giveaway and Sponsor’s marketing if you opt in. - Instagram Release & Acknowledgment
